How Books&Music started: Hey, let's write a story that has Yosuke and the protagonist begin an awkward romance, and that also features lots of hanging out with Nanako. It'll be fun!
What Books&Music is quickly turning into: angst, gay angst, oh dear god I don't know anything about Japanese cities, way too much research on homosexuality in Japan, Nanako, FEELINGS, Yosuke teetering dangerously close to situational depression, the most adorable girlfriend ever I don't care how egotistical that sounds I love her, angst, so many adorable friendships how do I deal with all of them, Yosuke's old friends are way too hard to write, Nanako, awkward teen romance, some more gay angst this time more fitting to the way Japan does it than America, MAMORU STOP PETTING EVERY CAT YOU SEE
It's still fun, but how the heck did it turn into this jumble of emotions and everything?
