Little Journey buddy, I am so glad I got to play with you. If I remember correctly, you popped up right in front of me before the very last sand slide, and once we landed at the bottom of the pit, I saw you were a first-time player. Excited that I had a chance to give someone a good experience, we headed in together.

I was afraid I might have seemed cold and indifferent to you, since I'd already played through many times, and my robe clearly showed this, but I thought you were precious, and I wanted to stick close to you as if you were a true friend.

After the first machine rose up and we went into the little hallway, you turned back and ran at the sight of a statue, as if you were afraid of it. I followed you and waited for you to pluck up the courage to go back in and I felt like I was helping someone face their fears.

While I can't remember the next bit too clearly, I do know it was fun to play through with someone exploring everything with a new eye.

Then we reached the mountain, and my protectiveness became greater. I, by pure coincidence, happened to always be a few steps ahead of you, so that my scarf blew around your neck and kept your energy up even as I was too far and the cold slowly ate my scarf's light. Luckily we didn't get caught by the machines. Once we reached the area where you have to shelter behind rocks so as not to be blown back by the wind, things turned sour. Before the stairs, you sat down and I stayed by you, my particular position making it look like I was shielding you from the cold with my own body. Almost as soon as you'd gotten up to go again, you sat down and as I was trying to push you back so as to not be blown away by the wind, you faded away.

I found someone almost immediately after you left, but it just wasn't the same as making it all the way to the end with you.
